Title: National Weather Service Modernization Criteria for Authorization Certification 
Abstract: The Secretary of Commerce, in consultation with the National Research Council and the Modernization Transition Committee, and after notice and opportunity for public comment, shall publish in the Federal Register modernization criteria (including all requirements and procedures) for certifying action to automate a field office under section 706 of Public Law 102-567.
