Title: Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Regulation; General Update 
Abstract: This proposed rule would revise the Department's regulations for the disadvantaged business enterprise program to clarify regulatory provisions and revise program elements in light of experience in administering the program since 1980 and the Administration's review of affirmative action programs. This action is significant because of substantial public interest.
