Abstract: The regulations will provide the terms and conditions of obtaining a Commodity Credit Corporation Export Credit Guarantee for agricultural facility establishment or improvement in emerging democracies that will primarily promote the export of U.S. agricultural commodities.

Additional Information: CCC, since the publication of the interim rule, has developed the Facilities Guarantee Program operational requirements. CCC intends to issue these operational requirements as a guideline, as provided by the interim rule. Soon thereafter CCC will publish a proposed rule, with the same content as the guidelines with the intention of using this proposal as the framework for a final rule after a pilot test of the guidelines. ^PRFA: N
