Title: Fishery Management Plan for the Queen Conch Fishery of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands 
Abstract: This new Fishery Management Plan for the Queen Conch Fishery of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands will establish Federal management measures to rebuild the overfished queen conch resource off Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Proposed measures include minimum size restrictions and bag limits for commercial and recreational fisheries.
