Title: Financial Disclosure of Fishery Management Council Nominees, Members, and Executive Directors 
Abstract: This rule revises regulations concerning the practices, procedures and operations of the Regional Fishery Management Councils under the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act. It increases the detail and availability of information in required financial disclosures of Councils' nominees, voting members, and Executive Directors and is intended to reduce the likelihood of financial conflicts of interest.
