Title: ●Amendment 13 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico 
Abstract: Amendment 13 would extend the duration of the Red Snapper trip limits and endorsement provisions until Amendment 8 is implemented or until replaced by an alternate plan to limit access to the commercial Red Snapper fishery. If neither of these options is possible, the endorsement system will terminate on December 31, 1997.
