Title: Certification Acceptance
Abstract: Comments and suggested clarifications were received on the FHWA interim policy for certification acceptance which was published in the Federal Register on October 12, 1978. A final policy will be issued to allow State Highway agencies to use certification acceptance procedures to supplement the flexibility provided in ISTEA.
