Abstract: It is anticipated that this rule will add two or three designated ports for the importation of logs and lumber from trees that are listed as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act as amended, or listed under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
