Title: Periodic Updates to Pipeline Safety Regulations 
Abstract: This action proposes to update the pipeline safety regulations and the existing references to voluntary specifications and standards cited to reflect more recently published editions of each document. This final rule will enable pipeline operators to utilize current technology, materials, and practices, thereby reducing costs and enhancing economic growth.
