Title: ●Veterans Training: Increase in Rates Payable Under 38 USC Chapter 31
Abstract: By statute, the monthly rates of basic subsistence allowance payable under 38 U.S.C. chapter 31 must be adjusted each fiscal year. In accordance with the statutory formula, the regulations governing rates of basic subsistence allowance payable under 38 U.S.C. chapter 31 for fiscal year 1996 are changed to show a 2.9 increase in these rates.
