Abstract: OTS has issued a notice of proposed rulemaking that would update, clarify, and streamline OTS regulations to promote the more efficient operation and supervision of Federal savings associations' fiduciary activities. The changes will also incorporate significant interpretive guidance and eliminate unnecessary regulatory burden.
