Title: Veterinary Services Multi-Year User Fees 
Abstract: We are proposing to amend the user fee regulations by adjusting the fees charged for veterinary services we provide for import and export related activities. We are proposing to adopt user fees for these services for fiscal year 1998 through 2003. Costs to operate the Veterinary Services import-export program increase slightly from year to year due to increase in employee costs (i.e., cost of living, etc.) and changes in other operational costs. Therefore, we have determined that the fees must be adjusted to reflect the anticipated cost of providing these services through fiscal year 2003.
