Title: Deliberate Misconduct by Unlicensed Persons Regarding Applications
Abstract: The final rule amends the Commission's regulations to put applicants for NRC licenses and other unlicensed persons doing work for applicants on notice that they may be subject to enforcement action under the Commission's existing regulations regarding deliberate misconduct. This final rule corrects an apparent oversight from when the Deliberate Misconduct rule was adopted in 1991 and makes that rule apply to applicants and to their employees, contractors, and subcontractors, including consultants.
