Abstract: The agency is considering a proposed regulation that would make purchasing or selling livestock with the condition that the price not be reported a violation of the Packers and Stockyards Act. To obtain more information about the effects of this practice, the agency will publish an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking public comment.
