Abstract: This regulatory amendment prepared under the framework rulemaking procedure of the Fishery Management Plan for Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic (FMP), would amend the regulations implementing the FMP to establish the total allowable catch limits and associated measures (e.g., trip and bag limits) for Atlantic and Gulf groups of King and Spanish mackerel for the 1998-1999 fishing year. | |
