Title: Medicare+Choice Program; Regulatory Program to Implement Certain Medicare Provisions of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 (HCFA-1030-F) 
Abstract: This rule implements the new Medicare+Choice program established by the Balanced Budget Act (BBA) of 1997. Under the Medicare+Choice program (part C of title XVIII of the Social Security Act) eligible individuals may choose to receive their Medicare benefits under any of several types of health care plans: coordinated care plans; medical savings account plans; fee-for service plans.
