Title: Amendment 6 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Stone Crab Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico 
Abstract: The purpose of Amendment 6 is to continue the FMP's temporary moratorium on registration of stone crab vessels by the Regional Administrator. Such moratorium shall be for 4 years duration. This action is needed to provide additional time for the industry and the State of Florida to develop and implement a limited access system for the fishery.
