| Abstract: P.L. 104-204 provides that a Department of Veterans Affairs monthly allowance paid to children of Vietnam veterans for disabilities resulting from spina bifida will not be considered income or resources in determining eligibility for or the amount of benefits under any Federal or federally assisted program. These regulations update the lists of exclusions from income and resources under the SSI program that are in statutes other than the Social Security Act. | |
