Title: ●Administration of the National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program 
Abstract: We will establish the requirements of the National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program, authorized by section 305 of the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act. The program is designed to assist coastal States by providing grants to State agencies to protect and restore their coastal wetland ecosystems. The proposed rule includes the goals of the program, eligibility requirements,ranking criteria, and grant administration procedures.
