Title: SAFMC Framework Seasonal Adjustment of Harvest Levels and Procedures Under the Fishery Management Plan for the Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic 
Abstract: The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (SAFMC) prepared this regulatory amendment under the framework rulemaking procedure of the Fishery Management Plan for Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic (FMP). The regulatory amendment would amend the regulations implementing the FMP to establish the total allowable catch limits and associated measures (e.g., trip and bag limits) for Atlantic groups of King and Spanish mackerel for the 1999-2000 fishing year.
