Abstract: The Finance Board intends to publish a proposed rule to amend Part 950 of its regulations. The amendment would implement changes to the Banks' authority to make advances to members mandated by the Federal Home Loan Bank System Modernization Act of 1999 and expand the types of collateral that may be accepted to secure advances.
