Title: Fiduciary Activities of National Banks 
Abstract: The OCC is planning to issue a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) and advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) that would amend 12 CFR part 9. The NPRM codifies OCC interpretations on national bank multi-state trust operations. The ANPRM would solicit comments on the standards of care generally applicable to the exercise of national bank fiduciary powers authorized by 12 U.S.C. 92a and part 9.
