Title: Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons 
Abstract: This would amend the Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons. The changes would add clarifying language, delete obsolete provisions, improve the overall operation of the program, include a 25 percent State cost share requirement, and give State and local agencies additional flexibility.
