Abstract: RSPA proposes to amend the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) to maintain alignment with the international standards by incorporating numerous changes to proper shipping names, hazard classes, packing groups, special provisions, packaging authorizations, air-transport quantity limitations and vessel stowage requirements.
