Title: Single Family Mortgage Insurance; Appraiser Roster Placement and Removal Procedures (FR-4429) 
Abstract: On December 28, 1999, HUD published a final rule (64 FR 72868) that adopted the Appraiser Roster placement procedure published in the July 2, 1999, proposed rule. This final rule published on April 5, 2000 adopted the independent Appraiser Roster removal procedure provisions of the July 2, 1999, proposed rule.
