Title: FAR Case 99-012, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program 
Abstract: This rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) and Small Business Administration (SBA) final policy directive to provide updated guidance on the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This rule was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1999, and is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
