Title: Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons 
Abstract: This would amend the Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons to include the three statutory changes made to the program by the Congress. The changes would add clarifying language, delete obsolete provisions, improve the overall operation of the program, and give State and local agencies additional flexibility.
