Title: Claims Based on Effect of Tobacco Products 
Abstract: To implement Public Law 105-206, which prohibits service connection for injury or disease attributable to the use of tobacco products by the veteran during the veteran's military service, except for disability or death that is otherwise shown to have been incurred or aggravated during service, or that meets the presumptive requirements of the law.
