Abstract: This rule would apply section 9 prohibitions of the ESA to California, Central Valley and California Coastal Chinook and Northern California Steelhead except in 10 specific circumstances. The would also modify the section 9 prohibitions for Central California Coast soho to not apply to the same 10 specific circumstances.
