Abstract: This special rule will be associated with the proposed reclassification of vicuna from endangered to threatened under the Endangered Species Act. The rule will provide for the conservation of the species and will stipulate conditions that must be met to allow for the importation of commercial specimens of the species (i.e., wool and wool products). | |
