Title: Department Hearings and Appeals Procedures; Rules Applicable in Indian Affairs Hearings and Appeals
Abstract: This proposed rule will revise the procedural rules for the field division of the Office of Hearings and Appeals concerning probate hearings as a result of the Department's reinvention labs. Hearings division regulations must be amended to reflect changes made with Bureau of Indian Affairs probate regulations.
