Title: Health Care for Children Born With One or More Covered Birth Defects to Vietnam Veterans | |
Abstract: The document proposed to establish regulations regarding health care benefits for women Vietnam veterans' children with covered birth defects. It would revise the current regulations regarding health care for Vietnam veterans' children suffering from spina bifida to also encompass health care for women Vietnam veterans' children with certain other birth defects. This is necessary to provide health care for such children in accordance with recently enacted legislation (Pub. L. 106-419, November 1, 2000). | |
