Title: FAR Case 2000-302, Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999 
Abstract: This rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 803 of the Small Business Reauthorization Act of 2000, part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2001 (Pub. L. 106-554). The Act established new assistance programs for veterans and service-disabled veterans who own and operate small businesses. This regulatory action was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993, and is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
