Abstract: This action will amend existing rule 15 CFR 801 to raise the threshold for reporting on the BE-22, Annual Survey of Selected Services Transactions with Unaffiliated Foreign Persons, and to bring the survey into conformity with the BE-20, Benchmark Survey of Selected Services Transactions with Unaffiliated Foreign Persons.
