Title: Revisions to Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule for Calendar Year 2003 (CMS-1204-F2) 
Abstract: This final rule will make revisions to estimates used to establish the sustainable growth rates for fiscal years 1998 and 1999 and announce a 1.6 percent increase in the 2003 physician fee schedule conversion factor for March 1, 2003, to December 31, 2003. This rule was published on February 28, 2003, to revise the current 4.4 update factor that went into effect on March 1, 2003.
