Abstract: This rule revises two interim final rules with comment period. The November 24, 1999 rule established requirements for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) under the Medicare and Medicaid programs and the October 1, 2002 rule implemented section 903 of BIPA.
