Title: Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE): Program Revisions (CMS-1201-F) 
Abstract: This rule revises two interim final rules with comment period. The November 24, 1999 rule established requirements for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) under the Medicare and Medicaid programs and the October 1, 2002 rule implemented section 903 of BIPA. These are pre-paid, capitated programs for beneficiaries who meet special eligibility requirements and who elect to enroll. The revisions in this rule will implement program modifications,
