Title: Reauthorization of Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965(Completion of a Section 610 Review)
Abstract: These regulations implement changes made by the reauthorization of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. This action also results from a review of the existing regulations for this program under section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 610). The purpose of this review was to determine if these regulations should be continued without change, or should be amended or rescinded, to minimize any significant economic impact upon a substantial number of small entities.
