Abstract: The Department of Justice, pursuant to Executive Order 12250, is requesting that Federal agencies with title VI, section 504, and Age Discrimination Act regulations jointly issue amendments to their regulations to incorporate the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 revisions.
