Title: ●Woody Biomass Utilization 
Abstract: The Department of the Interior proposes to include an option for allowing service contractors the option to remove woody biomass generated as a result of land management service contracts wherever ecologically appropriate and in accordance with the law. A new clause added to the Departments acquisition regulations would specify a contract clause to be used for this purpose. No other changes in specifications are proposed.
