Title: Community Reinvestment Act Regulation (12 CFR 25) 
Abstract: The OCC is considering revising certain provisions of its rules implementing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The proposed amendment would clarify the circumstances where discriminatory, other illegal, or abusive credit practices by a national bank, or its affiliate, will adversely affect a national bank's assigned CRA rating. The proposed amendment also would address the regulatory burden imposed on smaller national banks by revising the eligibility requirements for CRA evaluation under the small bank performance standards.
