Title: Fitness for Duty Programs
Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations to ensure compatibility with the Department of Health and Human Services guidelines, reduce unnecessary regulatory burden in some areas, clarify the Commissions original intent of the rule, and improve overall program effectiveness and efficiency. This rulemaking would address the petition for rulemaking submitted by the Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCO) (PRM-26-1). Because of the issues raised in response to the earlier affirmed rule, a new proposed rule will be published.
