Title: Amendment 82 to the Fishery Management Plan for Groundfish of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area 
Abstract: The amendment would implement section 803 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2004 which requires future directed fishing allowances of pollock in the Aleutian Islands to be allocated to the Aleut Corporation. Only fishing vessels under sixty feet long, or AFA listed and approved by the Aleut Corporation or its agents would be allowed to harvest this allowance. The allocation was made to the Aleut Corporation for the purpose of furthering the economic development of Adak.
