Abstract: OCC, along with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Office of Thrift Supervision (the Federal Banking Agencies), the National Credit Union Administration, and the Federal Trade Commission, are considering issues under section 312 of the FACT Act relating to the accuracy and integrity of the information furnished to a consumer reporting agency and on dispute investigation procedures.
