Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing the Dolly Varden as a Threatened Species in Washington Due to Similarity of Appearance to Bull Trout 
Abstract: Due to the species' similarity of appearance to the bull trout, we propose to list the Dolly Varden (Salvelinus malma) in Washington State as threatened under the "Similarity of Appearance" provision of the Endangered Species Act.
