Title: Making Pictures, Television Productions or Sound Tracks | |
Abstract: This rule would revise the filming regulations in 43 CFR part 5 and 36 CFR part 5 to implement Public Law 106-206 (May 26, 2000) by: (1) Establishing a reasonable fee for commercial filming activities and similar projects; (2) establishing uniform guidelines for commercial filming permit programs in agencies of the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture; and (3) implementing requirements that agencies respond to applicants for commercial filming or still photography permits in a timely manner. | |
