Title: ●Affirmative Action and Nondiscrimination Obligations of Contractors and Subcontractors; Equal Opportunity Survey 
Abstract: On November 13, 2000, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published a Final Rule which established an Equal Opportunity (EO) Survey. The EO Survey requires that nonconstruction contractor establishments designated by OFCCP prepare and file an Equal Opportunity (EO) Survey. The EO Survey contains information about personnel activities, compensation and tenure data and specific information about the contractor's affirmative action programs. This Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) will address concerns regarding the effectiveness of the EO Survey.
