Title: ●Qualifications of Drivers; Diabetes Standard 
Abstract: This rulemaking action would amend FMCSA's medical qualifications standards to allow drivers with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce, without seeking an exemption from the FMCSRs. This action is in response to section 4129 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU).
