Title: Streamlining Public Housing Programs (FR-4990) | |
Abstract: Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) are required annually to submit a PHA Plan to HUD that outlines the PHAs plans for the coming year. This rule would revise certain program regulations to make them more consistent with HUDs overall objective to streamline public housing programs, facilitate the transition to public housing project-based management, and consider recommendations of the congressionally mandated Harvard Public Housing Cost Study concerning changes to public housings regulatory environment. | |
