Title: Energy Efficiency Standards for Clothes Dryers and Room Air Conditioners 
Abstract: The Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended, establishes initial energy efficiency standard levels for many types of major residential appliances and generally requires DOE to undertake two subsequent rulemakings, at specified times, to determine whether the extant standard for a covered product should be amended. This is the second review of the standards for clothes dryers and room air conditioners.
