Abstract: Framework Adjustment 19 would implement management measures for the Atlantic sea scallop fishery for the 2008 and 2009 fishing years, including days-at-sea and sea scallop access area trip allocations, general category scallop vessel restrictions, and other measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Scallop FMP.
